I would like to know who owns this phone number !!! Who is this person, because who else was on behalf of herself and wrote letters to me !!!

I am calling this number 21 time ,but no response, i want to know the location of this number

This person is a scammer, his name is David and if from Slovakia. He has scammed people more than £1300 in clothing, and this is his phone number. He has multiple addresses and Instagram accounts but I suspect there is a lot more people who have been conned by him.

A man with a Jamaican accent claimed to be calling from Publishers Clearing House and said I won! I was suspicious since I never entered but he says they get info from heating and gas companies etc. I entertained his call because I knew it was fraudulent and I wanted to know what he was going to ask. So I said great then what do you need from me? I’m guessing you need my bank info, full name, address and next of kin I joked. He was caught off guard and after a long pause he said... no your soul then hung up.
