Dear, I am Jasper Van Assche and I was renting a room in Bonifatia Phoenix Chemnitz from September 14 till October 2 (reservation number: 831773670). I have paid €441.00 upon arrival for the whole stay. However, from September 18 till September 22, I was in Leipzig and I did not use the room. It was then said to me that I would be reimbursed for those nights that I was not in Chemnitz. This was also confirmed to me telephonically by Klemens on September 30. Via Karl-Heinz’s cellphone, I texted my bank account number (BE88 9730 8378 9341). Unfortunately, a week later, I did not receive any payment yet. Could this be arranged as soon as possible, please? Jófogásos linkszerüséget kreáltak, oda kell beírni a bankkártya adatokat, aztán kérdezik viberen, hogy mennyi pénz van rajta stb. Euro-ban próbálják levonni a számláról az összeget. Sajnos a feleségem bedőlt neki, de pont hazaértem, így nem károsodtunk, csak egy bankkártyaletíltás történt. Rendőrségen tettem bejelentést, kapcsolgattak össze-vissza, így nem lett feljelentés.
