Dear, I am Jasper Van Assche and I was renting a room in Bonifatia Phoenix Chemnitz from September 14 till October 2 (reservation number: 831773670). I have paid €441.00 upon arrival for the whole stay. However, from September 18 till September 22, I was in Leipzig and I did not use the room. It was then said to me that I would be reimbursed for those nights that I was not in Chemnitz. This was also confirmed to me telephonically by Klemens on September 30. Scammer/liar who claims her name is Claire, then sends pictures of Liz Candy (a French DJ). Her accent is not very French. She claims her mother is dying of pancreatic cancer and that her mother is from Morocco originally. I hope "Claire" gets mental help.
