I had a call from this number at night time and torture me to talk i give my phone to my mom and he call me again and again so im going to give a complaint in near by police station here after if had call from this number

A man with a Jamaican accent claimed to be calling from Publishers Clearing House and said I won! I was suspicious since I never entered but he says they get info from heating and gas companies etc. I entertained his call because I knew it was fraudulent and I wanted to know what he was going to ask. So I said great then what do you need from me? I’m guessing you need my bank info, full name, address and next of kin I joked. He was caught off guard and after a long pause he said... no your soul then hung up.
